Trip to Maruia Spring

Ok... when you guys see me updating my blog, it simply means that I'm quite free at the moment...lolz...


Remember at the previous post I've said that I'm going to a hot spring with Kim and Wing? yupe... we did go to Maruia Spring and it was awesome! haha...


SHEEPS... but couldn't touch them... they're busy eating their lunch...

Seems that it's quite warm hoh? but seriously, in winter time, NZ's sunlight always couldn't give us any warmth at all...

We arrived at about lunch time, but there's no more lunch at the cafe anymore... sobz... flat white with sandwiches...

The Oh-So-Natural hot spring. it was black in colour because of its Oh-So-Natural black algae... and, it's really kinda hot inside... haha...

Oh Oh! hahaha.. when we were enjoying ourselves, there's one family came as well... The father, elder sister and a younger brother. According to Kim and Wings, the elder sister kept staring at me when they went into the pool... I didn't really look at her because if she was really looking at me, it would be awkward if we stared at each other right? haha...

Since she's looking at us, and since she's quite cute, Wings and Kim start to talk to them.. but she was like.. act shy and didn't really answer them...

After enjoying ourselves for about 3 hours, Kim and Wings went to take shower, while I was still inside the pool, waiting for Kim (coz there's only 1 bathroom at the male's toilet) the younger brother went to another cooler pool, and his dad went with him, which ended up left the lil girl and I stay inside the pool...

LOL... to proof to Kim that she wasn't looking at me at the 1st place, I start talking to her, and guess what!? she talked NON-stop to me! untill I kinda pek chek... because she's young, less than 10 years old? and she has a very strong accent, which makes me couldn't continue enjoying the hot pool...

So when she paused for a while, I get off from the pool and go to the other side, sitting under the small fake waterfall... then! as predicted!!! lolz... she kinda followed me...LOL...

Her dad called her when she was about to sit beside me...lolz... then she kinda wander around the place... hahahaha....

Swt... 多么多么多么多么难得我竟然电到人，但但！！！她是一个小女孩！！！！！！ NOOOOO~~~~~

lolz... ok la... maybe it's all conincidence... but then... at the other night, when I was in Kim's car, we stopped to wait for the traffic light, there's another car stopped beside us, and guess what! THERE'S ANOTHER KID STARING AT ME!

lolz... When I wanna look at him again, the car moved, and I saw the kid waving at us...

herm... 难道我是小孩杀手？ hahahaha... =.= sien... nothing to proud of.... haih....

TRIPSSSsss....

On the 1 July 2009-6 July 2009, Nat and I flew to Wellington to find Ah Lai to play~

Christchurch-Wellington-Palmerston North-Lake Taupo-Wellington-Christchurch

Driving to the next city! 1st time driving after such a long long time! haha.. but =.= when We go back from Lake Taupo to Wellington, I drove 5 hours straight! swt...

Five of us again! that was the famous Lady Knox geyser [间歇(喷)泉] It will explode on exactly 10:15am, but the thing is, the life cycle of it is 24-72 hours, so the people there kinda "manually" let it explode..lolz..

At the Hot pools... the place was full of Sulphur! and it stinks!!

The Green Lake... there's actually a lot of different lake with different colours, but I forgot which chemical substances is inside this green lake... =p

The ... river? lolz.. but...this place gave us a BAD BAD experience! haix... don't even feel like mentioning it!

This trip to Wellington... couldn't really count as nice...because on the way to Lake Taupo, we were sick... some serious, some was just ok ok...

And after all of us went back to our own place, one of us was getting more and more serious... and few days later, it was proven that the person was infected by Swine flu... ><

We were so shocked about the news, and I'm not sure about the others, but I was coughing and felt kinda tired, so I locked myself up, worrying that things will get... worse...

But luckily, few days later...all of us were healthy again! haha... and I felt that we're immune to Swine flu already! hahaha... *hope so..

After bout 2 weeks later, on the 18 July 2009-19 July 2009, Kim Loong jio me to go to play... It was kinda sweat... because... that was the weekend of the 1st week of the 2nd semester! omg! lolz..

Our route:

Christchurch-Lake Tekapo-Twizel-Mt. Cook-Christchurch. *note, it's different lake, one is Lake Taupo, this one is Lake Tekapo...lolz...

This trip we went by car... and luckily we use car instead of plane (but actually they don't fly to that place..LOL) because there's TOO many nice scenery along the way! whee~

At here, we met another family, I think it's the grandparents and the grandchildren. The grandparents are asians... but the grandchildren are ang mor.. then hoh..the granny was like... "take the snow moutain and me! the snow mountain! THE SNOW MOUNTAIN!!!!!" lolz.. dono why so desperate..hahaha...

this photo looks very nice! haha... then.. the 2nd day when we passby this place again, all the snow fell off...and the scene totally sucks! hahah... we're SO lucky la..hahaha...

Our SUPPER! hahaha... we actually ate japanese food for dinner, then the salmon was bought at the Salmon farm on the way, and it's oh-so-fresh! hahhaa... instant noodle with sashimi! what a nice combination! lolz...

this special lil thingy, put on your shoes, and it can help you to walk safely on the ice/snow! haha... so nice la... because walking on the melted snow, which ended up turning into ice, is very hard!

This memorial statue was set up for those who died or disappeared when trying to climb the mountain... sobz...

See the blue blue thingy on top? that's the glacier! whee... it's actually 200m height ya know! and, we were supposed to have a walk on top of the other glacier, but due to the heavy snow, we can only see this one...

SNOW!!! but...actually it was man made! but it really snowed that day! but because it wasn't strong enough for the camera to capture! herm...



WHY I BLINKED?! and, look at the mountain behind us! so FAKE! haha... like copy pasted one..lolz...

Four of us... felt very happy bout the trip and took the last photos at the place...and heading back to have dinner and celebrate Sharon's 19th Birthday!!

BUT! our car was broke down IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE! NO WHERE!!! NO BUILDING!!! NO PEOPLE!!! NO NOTHING!!! UH!!!

Then... we took this photo of us...feeling very pek chek and eating those junk food as our DINNER!

Our car on 拖车....sad.. Then Kim Loong called his friend to pick us up at Twizel, a DAMN small town. From Christchurch to Twizel need 3 hours driving! uh!! when we reached Twizel, it was 9, then, Kim Loong's friend, came from Chc, needs 3 hours, when they arrived, it's 1145 already..

So we jump into their cars... and go back to our place... then...

Who knows... their cars... DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH PETROL!!! and, those town are TOO small to have a 24 hour petrol station... =.=

Then... they were so worried and... yea.. just worried... the other car's petrol light was blinking already... but still manage to drive 90 kilometres...wow? lolz..and luckily we found a petrol station at a bigger city...phew~

And all of us went back to our own place, at about 4 in the morning!!! =.=

And this is the 3rd day, we went to Wings' house to celebrate Sharon's belated birthday!

this trip is really nice and...UNPREDICTABLA! hahaha...

PHEW! I've wasted... about 2 hours uploading and typing and arranging and.... FINALLY! I FINISH THE POST! hahaha...

But but.. there's actually about 250+- photos in my facebook albums...I uploaded that on the night we finish celebrating Sharon's birthday... =.=

AND AND! There's a Malaysian gathering this saturday(which is tml) and and!! I'm going to Maruia Spring this Sunday!! 浸温泉!!! WHEEE!!!

Finals are coming...  it's just few days later... although I wouldn't say I really 24/7 studying, but still, spend quite a lot of time sitting in the room, TRYING to study...=.=

But ... outside my room, my housematessss are having party again.... I know today's friday, and friday night should play! drink! and have fun!

But then, eh bruddar, few days later then exam liao hoh? it's not like the exam time is different, all of the course will start the examination from thursday onwards...=.=

haihz.. I seriously felt lucky that I wasn't so close with them, at least, not like my other housemate... He just came back from library, wanting to rest, then the other housemate NGE NGE pull him out to drink and talk...=.=

seriously? is it so hard to find the kinda friend that know when to have fun, and when to study? seriously, other than the bunch of friend who were taking summer course with me one, others are just.. kinda extreme...

Either nerdy, or everyday partying...    =.=  

If it's really like this, I seriously feel that having some nerdy friend is lot more better... at least the study is the MAIN reason why we came here, right?

Haihz... can't concentrate on my studies now... wasted another night... and totally don't feel like going out to play with them...
